"The Family of Man 2007 – connecting cultures" is a virtual exhibition of pictures made by adolescents aged between 15 and 26. This project, triggered by ASTI, was inspired by the famous exhibition of Edward Steichen.
The 2007 collection of pictures reflects the lives and aspirations of adolescents from all over the world. Love, joy, family, discrimination, unemployment, youth culture, leisure time activities and work are a few examples of the 23 themes making up this dialogue.
The most interesting pictures can be found in this book and were also used to conceive a touring exhibition. Moreover, all the photographs can be viewed at www.foma.lu.
